Hi, I'm writing this email to share my experience with Sanjay Hyundai. My experience started with Hyundai with 8 months ago when I visited the showroom in the evening around 7.00PM and I was able to catch up two sales people that were about to call it a day. I was first attended by some Mr. Deshpande. I enquired about the car I was so fascinated with for quite some time then - the Hyundai Verna!! Mr. Deshpande's approach and interest was too short-lived as he found out that I wasn't too strong financially then to look out for the car I was enquiring about. I understand his job and strategy however that behaviour of his unknowingly pricked me and made me feel a little hurt and scornful. After a short while, that day, Mr. Deshpande while talking to me, appeared to have got busy with something over phone, and asked Alpesh to brief me up with details of the car (and am thankful to Mr. Deshpande he did that). Alpesh was so clear and detailed with the cars pro's and (not so many) cons. He had the patience, generosity and simplicty to explain and answer even the silliest of questions my wife and I asked. His behaviour was appreciable and he was very composed even when it was time to head back home. While leaving the showroom, I carried with a smile on my face and a decision in my mind - I will come back to Sanjay Hyundai - Bhosari whenever I've made the necessary arrangements for the car I dreamt about and will book it through Alpesh ONLY.This decision of mine was based only because of the treatment Alpesh provided. In October 2012, the day came when I walked into the showroom again; to book the same car I enquired about 8 months ago. This time I was approached by a couple of different faces, but I only looked for and asked for Alpesh. I finally booked the car on 09th Oct 2012 and it was delivered on Dasara- 24th October 12. I am happy with the pre - Sales service and look forward and hope that after sales service would be as appreciative too. Alpesh - I cannot thank you for all the time and help you offered in making this experience of buying my dream car smooth, memorable and pleasant. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! This also reminds me of the proverb - "A stitch in time, saves nine!!". Had it not been for Alpesh, I would have opted some other Hyundai showroom, probably something closer to my home; Garve Wakad. Dear Sanjay Hyundai staff I would like to inform you that in last week i did my third free car servicing at the bhosari workshope, though it was a thirdfree car servicing their were small issues which i told to the car adviser mr.amitkumar who noted the point which i told him regarding tafelon coating security alarm system function,bumper painting,and some small ones . When i showed this point to the customer manager manisha jain she took a immediate action for the the same for which i have to keep my car for 3 more days in the showroom which was very problematic for me but because of her quick response and action my car body painting and Teflon coating was done in front of me and car was delivered on the same day. Initially i was not happy with Teflon coating of my car but when i show this thing to concern person mr kiran who did the coating he also gave me positive response . and did the coating though it was late but for my satisfaction he waited though his work hours were over in evening , Specially i wold like to appreciate Mr.kirans effort and the work dedication that he shown at that day also special thnx to mr.manoj yadav who personally came with me to the body shop sorted the issue of painting Initially i lost hope regarding reciving of my car the same day,but beacuse of manisha jain,mr manoj yadav & mr kiran i received the car same day .with all problem cleared . I once again appreciate the work dedication and coordination of sanjay hyundai staff.

This is to share with you a memorable customer service experience I had with your workshop located at Undri courtsey Mr. Barnaboss Anthony. In fact I would request you to share this experience with the Hyundai India's service team also. The note below is longish but I don't think that I could have conveyed the true essence in a shorter one. I am based out of Mumbai and had come over to Pune for the weekend to visit my Aunt. During our journey from Mumbai to Pune on early Saturday morning (14 July) our Hyundai i20 stalled mid-way at Khandala due to a clutch malfunction. Somehow I was able to re-start it and got it to Pune by 10:30 AM. After reaching Pune, my first priority was to get the car fixed so that we would not face any issues while return journey on Sunday evening. As my Aunt too owned a Hyundai vehicle and was familiar with Kothari Hyundai I immediately visited their workshop close to my Aunt's house in Pune Cant. Kothari guys inspected the vehicle and advised that I had to replace the clutch master cylinder and some other clutch parts. Then the ordeal began. They told me that they didn't have the parts in their workshop but their system was showing the parts as available at some other workshop of theirs. They spoke to those workshop officials but those guys couldn't physically locate the parts. The final verdict was - "You go home, if we get the part we will call you by 5 PM, else nothing can be done". My pleas of making all out effort as I had to go back on Sunday evening didn't break much ice with them. Leaving the car back in Pune for repairs (and coming back next week to collect it) or taking the risk of driving the broken vehicle (and face a stall mid-way) were both hobson's choices for me. The crux here was that I could not see the (a) urgency, (b) intensity of effort, (c) re-assurance, (d) commitment of delivering to a customer who was in serious trouble. They were a little casual about it. I even asked them to source the part from a competitor (though I hardly know much about Pune but was sure that it was big enough have more than one dealership of Hyundai) which they bluntly refused. When I asked the service manager to help me with contact numbers of some other dealership he again refused. They just wanted me to wait till 5 PM for their call and hope for a miracle while they themselves were sounding doubtful. Good sense prevailed and I brought the vehicle back to my aunt's house. Somehow I was not willing to count on a vague promise made by people who weren't sounding convincing enough. I wanted to try elsewhere. I dialled "Just Dial" and asked them to provide me the numbers of Hyundai dealers other than Kothari. Thats where I got your dealership numbers. I dialled the numbers in the order provided by "Just Dial" sms and got connected to your workshop in Bhosari and after a few referrals was connected to one Mr. Salim. I recounted my plight and asked if he had the parts to which he confirmed the availability and asked me to get the vehicle there. I was glad to hear that but at the same time visiting Bhosari (and staying there while the car was worked upon) or come back and pick it up later would have completely eaten away my time as Bhosari was 35 KM from the place where I was staying. Thats when I dialled the other number in the "Just Dial" sms. This connected me to someone in your UNDRI workshop who in turn gave me Mr. Barnboss Anthony's number. I called up Anthony. This is where the things began to change. Mr. Anthony, on hearing my plight immediately promised action. While still on the call with me, I could overhear him asking someone to dial Mr. Salim ( I had told him about the availability of the part at Bhosari). Now this is what I call prompt action. At 5:30 I got the call from Anthony informing that the vehicle was repaired and I could come and collect it. I reached the workshop and collected my vehicle profusely thanking Anthony for saving me from major trouble. In fact thanks to him I was able to save my weekend from getting wrecked completely and atleast got to devote some time to the purpose for which I had come to Pune. Anthony was only interested in getting a feedback from me on how the vehicle was performing after I had taken it home. Thats when I insisted that he provides me the email ID of his concerned officials so that I could share my genuine gratitude towards him and SANJAY HYUNDAI for helping me in need. I have had several experiences of dealing with customer service touchpoints of various organizations in my personal as well as professional capacity. More often than not, things don't fall in place and even if they do its after a delay. Very rarely they fall perfectly in place and that too in short time. For that you need a Anthony who wants to make things work rather than give excuses. Warm Regards

Dear Team, My car was damaged from front side. left hand side panel, front bumper. left hand side headlight got damaged in the accident. I went to Kothari Workshop for the repaires but the superviser said that it required minimum 4-5 days to do the work with insurance. After that i went to Sanjay at wakdewadi showroom from where the pick up & drop facility is available. there was a svc adv who tell me i will confirm which time consume for the work. I told him that i have no time to leave my car for 3/4, he again told me i will confirm, after 10 min he gave me Bhosari Bodyshop no. Telephonic talk with mr. Gangadhar he told me that if possible you came to the bodyshop i will try to do it as early as possible & after 5 min he call back me & told me that you sign the claim form & my driver will drop you at autopoint or residence if possible at 12.30pm. After half an hour i got call from Mr. Gangadhar that survey had been done & work of your car is started. i asked him for time period, he told me don't worry if possible i drop the car to you residence at tommorow morning at 11.30am. But at 4.30 pm i got call from bodyshop from Mr. Gangadhar that your car was ready & i will arrange the driver for dropping your car. I became very glad for work of my car done within 4 hours with insurance. I thankful to Mr. Gangadhar & the team of Sanjay for doing the "GREAT JOB" Thanks & Warm Regards,

Yesterday evening I picked up the car from the Service Centre and it is functioning well. I would like to thank you for the prompt service provided. I am amazed I could pick up my car within 24 hrs of having spoken with you over the phone about the car’s battery problem. Less than 3 weeks ago the same service at another dealer had a 12 day turn-around time! Dear all, Special Thanks from one of your Delighted Customer - Suresh Panikar. I have given my vehicle I-10 Magna to your bodyshop for repairing of left front and left rear and front bumper damage as it hit to the columns in our parking area while parking the vehicle. This is the first major damage to my vehicle since its purchase from Sanjay Hyundai, Bhosari in Sept. 2008 and also the first time to go for claim against Insurance. Hi, I recently purchased Hyundai i20 Asta from your showroom and I would like to share my experience dealing with your staff. I work with multi national company Fiserv as Senior Manager. Basically I got in touch with your sales associate "Bapu Phanse”, by the time I started dealing with Kothari Hyundai before about 2 months. Bapu was referred by my colleague Dk, who bought Hyundai i20 Magna from your showroom about 6 months back. From the day I got in touch with Bapu, he clarified all of my doubts promptly and helped me with choosing right car as per my requirements. Bapu responded to my each and every call on time, being it morning or late night and helped me a lot with paper work. I already appreciated his work in person and asked for the contact email to keep you informed for the kind of excellent services provided by your sales associate, making my buy pleasant. I am definitely going to refer him and your showroom to my friends and colleague. Your service department is also good (taking care of accessories such as Parking sensors, Teflon coating, anti-rust coating etc), but there is a possibility of little improvement here. Basically I feel that I could be provided more clear & straight forward information from this department (instead little goof ups); and this could help me deciding the right parking sensor or type of coating/services/warranty for my car. A detailed technical information was also given to me by your staff. More particularly what attracted me was the "Puja" of the new vehicle and the photo after that. Dear HMIL , I am a happy Hyundai customer and would share my experience here as I feel that experiences are for sharing . My first interaction with SANJAY HYUNDAI was during my first service at the Undri facility which is near to my place .The staff there was helpful and was committed . My second interaction was when I encountered a problem at the steering wheel column which was noisy . I called the HMIL helpline and within 24hrs I got a feedback form the call center. I choose to visit the SANJAY HYUNDAI facility at bhosari. The Manager Ms Manisha was interactive very courteous and was always polite . She gave me a patient ear to my problem and in no time Mr.Lankesh the sr. technician was with me to check the issues with the care. The technician asked me to drop the car for 3 days and confirmed me of the resolve . I visited the place again and found the car ready with all the issues being resolved completely . I have been taken good care by other staff members and regular feedback has been taken . Once again a special thanks to Ms manisha , Mr Lankesh and Mr . I decided to purchase a vehicle. My first choice was Hyundai Vehicle. So I enquired the about the vehicle in the Hyundai Dealers in Pune such as Kothari Hyundai & Sanjay Hyundai. Being a customer, I wanted the best deal, which could not be materialized in Kothari Hyundai. So lastly I went to Sanjay Hyundai. In Sanjay Hyundai, I was greeted well with the overwhelming response of Mr. Jeetu. The way he advocated the benefits of purchasing the Hyundai vehicle surpassed all the intention of going for other vehicle like Maruti and all. I was totally convinced by the words of Mr. Jeetu.He took me to a test drive which enabled me to go to the Sanjay Hyundai’s location where the vehicles were kept along with my family. There itself I took the decision to go for the i10 Magna 1.2 model. I thank Mr. Jeetu for the choice. Next time I went for the service, Mr. Jeetu helped me lot to get my vehicle serviced and also got the filming done nicely in my office location. Madam Yoshoda also had shown the excellent care as far as the customer service is concerned. I thank her also. Lastly I would say that the attitude in Sanjay Hyundai is appreciable. About Hyundai Car: The performance and the looks of any Hyundai car is un parallel and above cars at the same level from other manufacturers. The Santro Xing GLS car is spacious, with numerous inbuilt features and apt for a family. Prior to Booking/Purchase of the Car: The demonstration and features of the car were well explained by the sales executive. The model was also available on the shop floor for display. The details and mode of the payment for booking and balance amount was also conveyed. Overall the experience was quite good as compared to other dealers in Pune. The follow-up activity was regular as well as non-irritating. After Booking and Purchase of the Car: The booking was made by paying the amount as conveyed to me. In next two days, the chassis number and engine number got allotted and after payment of the entire amount and as decided & desired, the vehicle was delivered to me the auspicious day of Dipawali-Padva 19th October 2009. Except a little mismanagement, regarding the time of delivery and a few accessories to be fitted in, the remaining part of delivery process was satisfactory. The vehicle was in good condition i.e. without any scratches and clean. There were some problems in the TC and RC but got subsequently solved with the cooperation of the staff of Sanjay Hyundai. The free servicing procedure is also very straight-forward and as promised by Hyundai, the labor charges are waived off. Overall, I would recommend the probable buyers to visit Sanjay Hyundai before purchase of the Hyundai make cars. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by M/S Sanjay Hyundai from Day one. I appreciate the sales representive Mr. Jitu, as he provided the Test drive to me along with my family and explained all the features of i20 car. We are very much happy & thankful to him as his guidance made us book the i20. Even after booking, the formalities like documentation work, Follow up for delivery which was given in time, and accessories. At the time of delivery he himself came to their Bhosari Showroom and explained all the functions, service details and free service guidelines. The pooja was performed by M/s. Sanjay Hyundai also they allow us to do our prayer as per our religion. After the delivery whenever I call Mr.Jitu for any help he gives very quick response. For RC smart card they called me to collect the same. Once again I Thank all M/S Sanjay Hyundai staff member. The car has run about 1500 km and I am extremely satisfied.
